SHIPPING POLICY

We know that you want to get out there and look amazing on the golf course, which is why it is important to us that we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to you!

When will my order ship? 

As soon as you make your purchase, our fulfillment department starts to process your order. Ground orders can take up to five (5) business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, transit time for U.S. domestic ground shipments to locations on the west coast can take up to five (5) business days, while transit time for U.S. domestic ground shipments to locations on the east coast can take up to ten (10) business days. International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional shipping fees and transit time. For purposes of calculating shipment timelines, U.S. Federal Holidays are not included. Please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

Does product ship on weekends?

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm CST and Saturday 9am – 3:30pm CST.

Can Fore All guarantee RUSH order dates based on USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping dates?

It can take up to five (5) days for us to process at our warehouse, in addition to the time it takes our shipping couriers. Therefore, if a customer chooses 2-day shipping, that is in addition to the up to five (5) days of processing. If you need a specific item, for a specific time, please make our customer service team aware. We cannot GUARANTEE any rush orders. 

What terms govern shipping to Canada?

We are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers in Canada. As such, we offer the following policy for shipping orders to Canada from the United States:

Customs Costs:

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the Canadian government and are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for information on any additional charges they may incur.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options for our Canadian customers. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States, and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates for orders shipped to Canada are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before the order is placed.

Tracking Information:

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to track the progress of the shipment and estimate delivery times.
