NO RETURNS ON ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS OR ACCESSORY COLLECTIONS
Please make sure your return or exchange is with-in our returns policy below.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery if unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all tags and original components still intact. Products received after thirty (30) days are not eligible for return or exchange. International sales (except for Canada) are final and not eligible return or exchange. If a customer in Canada wishes to return or exchange an item, they must contact our customer service team within thirty (30) days of receiving their order. For Canadian customers, please note that any customs fees, duties, and taxes paid on the original order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and shipping the new item (if applicable). All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection.
Note: We are unable to process refunds for orders placed at an authorized reseller’s retail or online store.
ACCESSORIES & SEASONAL AND/OR PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE:
All sales of accessories are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted for accessories. Not sure what an accessory might be? Accessories are non-apparel items found in accessory collections or tagged with the accessory product tag.
Any seasonal and/or promotional sale items are final. We don't discount our items often, but if you are able to enjoy some final sale pricing discounts, then such sales will be final. This means no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered or accepted, without exception.

For EXCHANGES, our customer service team will help you choose another item and supply you with a trackable return label for your original item. Once your original item has been received and processed, we will send out the replacement item within 5-10 business days (pending inventory availability). Unless Redo is selected and paid for at checkout, the CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Unless Redo is selected and paid for at checkout, the CUSTOMER is responsible for the cost of shipping to our warehouse for a RETURN with no exchange. We will provide an invoice along with a shipping label that must be paid before the process can be initiated. If the customer would like to use their own shipping method, a tracking number must be provided. Once your item has been received and processed (at our warehouse), we will refund the cost of the item and tax to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
